This professional learning opportunity is designed for both new and experienced Special Education staff seeking to strengthen their use of the Special Education Information System (SEIS) to support efficient, compliant, and accurate IEP management. Participants will: Explore strategies for effective and efficient IEP case management utilizing SEIS. Learn how to utilize key SEIS tools and resources, including compliance alerts, IEP form updates, and reporting features. Review common case management and reporting challenges, including data entry errors that impact compliance and district performance indicators. Develop practical approaches for tracking timelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state and local requirements. Engage in problem-solving discussions and receive clear instructions on how to use SEIS tools to streamline daily case manager responsibilities. Participate in an interactive Q&A session with RC SELPA Data Specialists and colleagues to troubleshoot issues and share best practices.
