Remote Support

If necessary, a SELPA staff member can, with your permission, view your screen with you to help offer the best support available. Often times problems may be difficult to solve over the phone or emails. In these cases, having another set of eyes viewing what you are working with first hand, gives that extra level of help you may need.

Share my Screen If a SELPA staff member is working with you they may ask you to click on the button to the left. This will start the Show My PC tool, allowing us to view your screen with you.
